Why was my order canceled?
This is rare and usually happens if an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable due to a technical lag in inventory updates. If this occurs, we will contact you within 24-48 hours. Any remaining items in your order will be shipped, and the unavailable item will be fully refunded.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Was I charged twice?
