Return & Exchange
Thank you for shopping at Taravivi. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with returns and exchanges.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a return for a refund. Please initiate the process in a timely manner to avoid missing the deadline.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The product is in its original packaging (including boxes, bags, and any original accessories).

The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged (no scratches, stains, or signs of wear).

All original tags and labels are attached and intact.
Note: Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange, and we will return the items to you at your own expense.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Final Sale Items: "Specials" or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Hygiene Items: (e.g., Swimwear, Bodysuits) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective, to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
4. RETURN PROCESS

Request: Email us at service@taravivi.com with your order number, detailed reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the items (including the product itself and its packaging).

Approval: Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and detailed return instructions.

Shipping: A tracking number is required for all return parcels. Please properly package the items, include the product list and order ID inside the package, and ship it to the provided return address.

Processing: Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. We will notify you via email once your return is verified and processed.
5. REFUNDS

Original Payment: Refunds are automatically applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card/PayPal) within 7-15 business days after your return is processed. The refund time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Within 24 Hours: Full refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase, with no additional fees.

After 24 Hours (Unshipped): A 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and restocking costs.

Shipped Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. You may initiate a return after receiving the items following our return process.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at service@taravivi.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect/damage. Our team will prioritize processing your replacement or full refund without any additional fees.
